In accordance with Article 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without the need to provide any reason.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an explicit written request indicating:

• Product(s) to be returned

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

• It must be returned in its original packaging (crucial for ensuring safety during transit).

4. Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it complies with the conditions above. The refund will be issued using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
