These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the website www.fattidarte.art and the purchase of products offered through our e-commerce platform.
By placing an order on the site, the customer declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products
The products for sale include artworks, artisanal objects, decorative items, and, where indicated, gift cards or vouchers.
Each product is described accurately in its respective product sheet. Given the artisanal and/or artistic nature of the items, slight variations in color, shape, or finish compared to the published images are to be considered unique characteristics of the product rather than defects.
3. Prices
All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed separately prior to order confirmation.
4. Purchase Procedure
The contract is considered concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation email sent to the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of product unavailability, evident pricing errors, or incomplete/incorrect information provided by the customer.
5. Payments
Payments can be made using the methods available on the site at the time of purchase (e.g., credit cards, electronic payment systems, or other tools managed by Shopify).
Payment data is handled directly by the payment service providers and is not stored by the site owner.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and the courier. Any delays do not entitle the customer to refunds or compensation.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, in accordance with current regulations.
The methods and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are described in the Return Policy section, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Customized products or items made to the customer's specific request
- Commissioned artworks
- Gift cards and digital vouchers
9. Liability
The Owner shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the purchased products.
In no event shall the Owner be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits deriving from the use of the site or the purchase of products.
10. Intellectual Property
All site content (texts, images, photographs, logos, artworks, graphics) is the property of Fatti d’Arte or their respective authors and is protected by copyright laws.
Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without written authorization.
11. Privacy
Personal data processing is carried out in compliance with current regulations. For more information, please consult the Privacy Policy available on the site.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the competent court shall be that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located within Italian territory.
