Shipping policy

Shipments of products purchased on Fatti d’Arte are handled by selected express couriers and include a tracking service.

Shipping Costs

  • Italy: € 6.99
  • European Union: € 9.99
  • Free Shipping for orders totaling € 99.00 or more (Italy and European Union)

Shipping costs are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • Italy: BRT – Bartolini Express Courier
  • European Union: International Courier (DPD or equivalent)

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times, starting from the date of dispatch, are as follows:

  • Italy: 1–3 business days
  • European Union: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, the time of year, or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) beyond the seller's control.

Packaging

Every product is packed with the utmost care, using appropriate materials to ensure the protection of fragile, artistic, or artisanal items.

Particular attention is given to the packaging of artworks and delicate objects to minimize the risk of damage during transport.

Shipping Insurance

Standard shipments are typically made without insurance on the value of the goods.

For high-value items or particularly delicate shipments, insurance can be activated at the seller’s discretion or upon the customer’s request, subject to prior agreement.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within the European Union.

Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address.

In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional costs incurred for re-delivery or the return of the package will be borne by the customer.

Missed Delivery and Storage

In the event of a missed delivery due to the recipient's absence or inability to receive the package, the shipment may be held in storage at the courier's facility according to their specific terms and timelines.

If the package is returned to the sender due to expired storage time, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect address, any costs associated with the return and subsequent re-shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

Seller's Responsibility

Fatti d’Arte is committed to shipping products in accordance with the order and providing the customer with the necessary tracking information.

Once the package has been handed over to the courier and the tracking code has been provided, any delays, service disruptions, or anomalies attributable to the carrier are not directly the fault of the seller. However, we remain committed to collaborating with you to resolve any issues.

Receiving the Package

Upon delivery, the customer is advised to verify that the packaging appears intact and undamaged.

In the case of evident anomalies (damaged packaging, open or tampered box), we recommend accepting the delivery "with reserve" (explicitly noting the damage on the delivery receipt) and contacting the seller immediately, providing photographic evidence if possible.
