Italian Perspectives – Roman Geometries
Italian Perspectives – Roman Geometries
The eternal symbol of Rome transformed into pure visual rhythm.
This work from the “Italian Perspectives” series by Fatti d’Arte Studio reinterprets the Colosseum through a bold, contemporary lens. The focus shifts away from the monument as a whole and concentrates instead on the hypnotic repetition of its arches, which unfold into a precise and compelling geometric grid.
The digital technique evokes the density and tactility of oil painting. The contrast between the deep midnight blue of the outer stone and the incandescent orange glow from within generates a striking “fire and ice” effect, lending ancient history a distinctly modern intensity.

Print Description
Rather than functioning as a commemorative image, the piece engages the surrounding space as a design object, built on symmetry and the dialogue of complementary colours—blue and orange.

Canvas mounted on MDF panel (ready to hang)
The artwork is professionally mounted flush onto a rigid MDF wooden panel (approximately 1 cm thick).
This minimalist, contemporary presentation allows the image to interact directly with the wall, without an external frame.
Delivered ready to hang.
Rolled canvas (print only)
You will receive the printed canvas only, carefully rolled and protected inside a rigid tube.
Ideal if you prefer to select a frame or stretcher at a later stage.
Technical note on print edges
– Sizes up to 100 cm
The canvas includes a printed bleed of 4 cm on each side.
The image is extended seamlessly over the edges to allow correct mounting on a stretcher frame.
– Widths over 100 cm
To maximise the printable surface, the artwork is produced full-bleed, without additional borders. The image ends at the edge of the canvas.
